I am Akram Esteki, a fine artist and muralist with about 22 years of experience in creating artworks and teaching at technical colleges in Isfahan. I have pursued my path through research in painting and its techniques. I began my studies in painting and, after obtaining an associate degree and a bachelor's degree, continued my education at the master's level in Art Research (MA) to establish a link between my artistic and research achievements.

My technique is mixed media. The protagonists of my short stories are often humans and birds. My goal is to recount social issues in the form of large visual narratives. Painting on large canvases allows me to establish a stronger and more direct connection with my audience. I believe that the larger the artwork, the deeper its impact on the viewer, as the grandeur of the image envelops the spectator and invites them to reflect and engage with the underlying message of the piece.

In other words, creating large paintings is like constructing an emotional and visual wall that compels the audience to confront it and not escape from it. They encounter truths that might be overlooked in daily life. At this scale, every line and layer of paint can narrate an introspective inquiry. These narratives reflect real-life experiences. My works not only mirror emotions but also critically address social issues, using the canvas as a medium for awareness and reflection. My artworks have been displayed in various domestic exhibitions, including the Naghshe Khaneh Gallery in Isfahan, Shahrokhi Gallery in Kerman, and the Contemporary Industrial Art Museum in Kerman.

As a painter and researcher, I continually strive to raise questions regarding social justice, human rights, and environmental challenges through my works. I believe in the magic of imagery in expanding awareness and hold that art is a powerful tool for fostering social changes and cultural discourse. My artistic philosophy focuses on promoting critical thinking about the ugliness of moral vices and examining social relationships and challenges.

In the future, I intend to continue researching large-scale paintings and their impact on fostering social dialogues while embarking on new projects centered on social justice, human rights, and environmental respect. Through my works, I aim to create a platform for reflection and dialogue in various communities, allowing art not only to serve as a means of expression but also as a tool for social change.
